Synopsis:
A Lovely Little Life finds Kitty and Sylvia, two older lesbians, reminiscing about meeting in Greenwich Village's Portofino Restaurant in the 1960s, and how they built a lovely little life for themselves in the ensuing years. Why the reminiscence now? And to whom are they speaking? The last moments of the play provide the startling answer.
