Synopsis:
203 Brentwood Court is a romantic comedy with a twist or two. Elsa, a thoughtful and intelligent 30+ year-old woman has had problems with men because of her sexy figure but unattractive face. She has trouble trusting that a man can accept her for more than her body. She meets a new tenant, Roger, in her West Los Angeles singles complex, and he succeeds in showing her he is different.
