Synopsis:
LOOKING FOR BERNICE A Ten Minute Play By Diane Grant While searching for Bernice, a married couple uncovers unexpected secrets that change their lives. What they don't say is as important as what they do. Setting: A bench on an empty stage It's late evening and Janet and Paul are out searching for their dog, Bernice. She's been missing since noon. Janet thinks she may be trapped in a construction site. Paul won't go into the site because it's wet and muddy and he's wearing his Bruno Magli shoes. Janet's afraid to go in but she can't tell him why. Steve, their apartment manager comes along. He's sympathetic and worried about Bernice because he loves her, too.
