Synopsis:
"Millie," a confused young Gear in a tightly-run Swiss Watch, causes crucial loss of 'Time'...to the dismay of other Springs and Gears, and "Swiss Watchkeeper." Loss of 'Time' caused by Millie's playful springing-about. (Hoping one day to become a "Spring" instead of "Gear.") Something NOT allowed in Swiss Watches. So eventually Millie's tossed to the (garbage) Heap...where he finds his true worth...in a most unusual way.
