Synopsis:
In 1930's Southern California, Jinx Riley, gal Friday, and her fast talking boss J Patrick Donovan, are trying to make the Claremont Chrysanthemum festival a bigger deal than the Rose Parade. Jinx is in love with Pat, but he's distracted by a fast talking beauty queen named Lyla.
