Susan Lambert Hatem is a writer, director and producer. Her company, 134 West, specializes in developing new works and diverse voices, creating quality independent theatre, film and audio projects.

Writing: My Dinner With Andrea, Automatic, God Up in Heaven, Ruby Dreams, Every Day a Little Death and Confidence (and The Speech), NYC premiere at Theatre Row and a semi-finalist for the Eugene O’Neill. 

Producing: 80s TV Ladies, Macbeth LA, Ty The Pie Guy; O Baby Mine: Sing a Song of Shakespeare; Bend in the Road: The Anne of Green Gables Musical; Homeward LA.

Directing: Poison Apple, An Appalachian Twelfth Night, South Pacific, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

Susan previously served as Director of Creative Content for Walt Disney Studios. Before Disney, Susan was Associate Editor at Boxoffice Magazine. She has also written for Variety, Produced By and Bald Mountain Books.
