“MRS TOOMEY’S BAKED BEANS”

Synopsis:

A soliloquy by a single speaker musing about the family history as relates to Mrs TOOMEY’S famous local baked bean recipe and the occasions it was served. Ed has just returned from a trip and his wife didn’t meet him at the airport, and he’s trying to locate her. 

In between his anxious moments of waiting he recalls fun songs he sang with other children. After a rollercoaster set of memories and anxiety, a surprise ending tends to shock him and the audience.
